We're mediators in a MA law firm that seeks quick solutions for our clients’ problems. In carrying out our mission we discovered that traditional litigation services don't always fit with our clients' problems.
As this continued, more and more we began suggesting alternative dispute resolution services to a number of clients and potential clients (who we were turning away since we generally represented one side to a dispute -- in a traditional adversarial model).
While there are many times when a person should seek their day in court and pursue justice, there are often many more times when finding a sensible solution to a dispute makes sense -- from both an economical and a peace of mind perspective.
Wilson & Whitaker, LLC continues to offer traditional legal representation and trial lawyer services, while growing our alternative dispute resolution practice group in an effort to meet more and more people's needs.
In keeping with our law practice model, we remain purposeful in maintaining a dispute resolution group dealing in a wide range of issues. Our approach is to focus on the practical issue of solving your problems quickly and efficiently. We believe this sensible approach to dispute resolution is the best focus of our efforts.
